All orders placed through the XSBC website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Where an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

XSBC ships to Australian addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

XSBC does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please ensure you have selected the correct part for your application before completing your order.
If you believe a part you have received is faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Faulty parts will be assessed in accordance with the relevant manufacturer’s warranty policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XSBC’s liability for any claim arising from the purchase of products is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question. XSBC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or installation of parts purchased through our website.
Given the safety-critical nature of brake and clutch components, customers are strongly advised to have parts installed by a qualified mechanic. XSBC accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage resulting from improper installation or use of parts.
